By accessing this website and subscribing to the Simple Pips membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Membership Access
Simple Pips provides members with access to proprietary TradingView indicators, strategy materials, and a private Discord community. Access is granted after successful payment and completion of the onboarding process.
Membership is for individual use only. Sharing access to indicators, community content, or strategy materials is strictly prohibited.
Subscription Billing
The Simple Pips membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments based on the subscription plan selected.
Membership fees are billed automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support.
If cancelled, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
Intellectual Property
All indicators, strategy materials, and content provided through Simple Pips remain the intellectual property of Simple Pips.
Members may not redistribute, resell, copy, or share these materials without permission.
Community Conduct
Members participating in the Discord community are expected to behave respectfully and constructively. Simple Pips reserves the right to remove members who engage in harassment, abuse, spam, or behaviour that disrupts the community.
Termination
Simple Pips reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access if these terms are violated.
Risk Disclaimer
Trading involves substantial risk. The indicators and materials provided are educational tools and do not constitute financial advice. Members are responsible for their own trading decisions.
Changes to Terms
Simple Pips may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
